This is the diary of a foundation doctor starting out on their journey into the rocky world of medicine within today’s NHS. Like all journeys there are good bits and bad bits. There are those that help you along the way and those that trip you up. The one’s that know the way themselves and those others that also are a bit lost. The patients you save and the one’s you loose.

It’s going to be honest because frankly I need to get this out of my head and onto a screen – they call it processing.
